Washing:

To maintain the longevity of your knife, always hand wash and dry it immediately after use with a soft sponge or cloth. Avoid using a dishwasher.

What to avoid:

Our knives are not designed to handle cutting through bones. Contact with bones, whether scraping or direct impact, can risk bending or damaging the blade.

Sharpening:

Our knives are crafted with a 15° edge angle for precision. To keep
our knives leave the factory with a 15 degree edge angle for precision and are super sharp right out of the box. If you'd like to keep this sharpness, we recommend regular sharpening using a whetstone.

Our blades are crafted from high-quality 67-layer high-carbon Japanese Damascus steel, each knife offers exceptional performance.

The steel is treated under vacuum heat, achieving a hardness of 62HRC, which ensures long-lasting sharpness and durability.

Each knife is sharpened using traditional wet manual cutting technology with a V-shaped sharpening technique, maintaining a 15-degree angle on each side for razor-sharp edge retention that withstands frequent use.

The knives are perfectly balanced, with meticulous attention to the weight distribution between the handle and the blade for optimal control and durability. The back of each knife is manually ground and polished to reduce finger pressure, ensuring comfort even during extended use.

The blades have excellent corrosion resistance, rust prevention, and robust toughness, complemented by Damascus' signature wavy pattern that adds an artistic touch to its craftsmanship.
